Build 0.7.46 update release notes:

1. (UPDATE) UI: Game tips now scale with UI scale and are moved to the top of the screen to not interfere with gameplay. Tips added: looking at drone, flag, and pad gun. On contact with tips added for all the types of pads and fast lanes. More to be added soon in the form of respawn tips.
2. (UPDATE) UI: Game mode selection now has a short video and description of the mode.
3. (FIX) ALL: Toggling sun flares off was not disabling them.
